What we like about Housecall is their service.  It has been many months since our home inspection, and my wife and I still call them to ask questions.  They always take the time to talk with us and we never feel rushed.  This is our first home, and it is nice knowing you have someone you can call.  They deliver on their promise.        -  Mr. & Mrs. Pickard, San Diego

Located in the Northern hills of San Diego lies the community of Rancho Bernardo. Home to the headquarters of major companies such as Sony, Kodak, Hewlett-Packard, and Nokia, the community offers a mix of hometown feel combined with plenty of employment opportunities. Situated among canyons and hills, this community retains a true community feel, with all of the San Diego attractions just a short drive away.
Rancho Bernardo is made up of seven distinctive communities. Each of these communities offer many amenities. These amenities are provided and maintained by a homeowners’ association. HOA involvement does not stop at amenities. Libraries, parks, landscaping, and more are taken care of by a HOA. This eliminates much of the frustration that is often the result of city governments not supplying the funding necessary to truly keep a community looking and feeling like a desirable place to reside.

4S-Ranch-HomeA beautiful home in 4S Ranch
The 4S Ranch community is of particular interest. This fifty-three acre community is all-inclusive, featuring restaurants, shopping, walking trails, a park, swimming pool, athletic facilities, and more. School age children in the 4S Ranch community will be able to attend Poway Unified schools. This acclaimed school district offers two elementary, one middle, and one public high school. Homes in the 4S Ranch community offer plenty of square feet of living space, along with reasonable price tags.

Just a few Rancho Bernardo attractions to note include:
A plethora of community events take place throughout the year. It is also important to note that while the each community offers so much, downtown San Diego is not far away. Those who choose to live in Rancho Bernardo can take in all that San Diego has to offer, and then return to their quiet community at the end of the day. This is truly the best of both worlds.

Excellent year-round weather, a low crime rate, and employment opportunities serve to make what are already desirable communities even more attractive. Though each community offers many of the same type of amenities, each is unique and distinctive. Singles, couples, and families looking to relocate will find plenty of housing variety. Home prices are attractive at this time, making now the perfect time to consider Rancho Bernardo as a place to call home.
